Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. Plymouth Party Zone requires a non refundable deposit of £50 to secure your requested party date.

What age are your laser parties suitable for?

What age are your foam bullet parties suitable for?

Foam bullet parties are designed for children aged seven and up, as the games involve faster movement and more competitive play that suits this age group perfectly.

Can we bring confetti, glitter or party poppers?

No. For hygiene, cleaning and safety reasons, confetti cannons, party poppers, glitter, confetti or similar items are strictly prohibited. Events using any of these may incur an additional cleaning fee or be refused service.

Do themed parties cost more?

Certain themed parties may incur additional cost depending on props, décor, and setup requirements. We’ll confirm any extras before you book so there are no surprises.

How long does a party last?

Most parties run for around two hours, including activities, games and celebration time. Mini party sessions are one hour for families who want a shorter, action-packed option.

How many children can attend?

Our venue is designed to handle both small gatherings and larger groups. Let us know your numbers and we’ll confirm the best setup for your party.

Do you provide staff to run the activities?

Yes. Every party includes experienced hosts who guide the games, keep the energy high and make sure everything runs smoothly while parents relax.

Can parents stay to watch the party?

Absolutely. Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the atmosphere without needing to organise or supervise the activities. We also have a comfortable seating area, an onsite cafe and an area especially for much younger children to relax and play whilst the party is in progress.

Are you wheelchair and pram accessible?

Yes, of course. Everything at Plymouth Party Zone is on the ground floor, and we also have accessible toilet facilities. Additionally, if your child benefits from a quieter welcome or specific adjustments, tell us before your visit and we’ll do our best to make the space work for them.

Are your staff certified to work with children?

Yes. All our staff are DBS checked and first aid trained, and we are also covered with appropriate Public Liability insurances.
