Welcome to Plymouth Party Zone. Our aim is to deliver an exciting and memorable Nerf party experience for your child, family, and friends. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as payment of the deposit confirms full acceptance of them.

1. Confirmation of Party Bookings

A booking is confirmed only once a deposit of £50 has been received. By paying the deposit, the party organiser confirms that they and all guests agree to these Terms and Conditions. All payments made are non-refundable and may only be transferred to another date at our discretion.

If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of making the provisional booking, the slot will be released automatically. A payment reminder will be sent three days prior to the party date, at which point the full balance becomes due. Deposits must be paid by a single debit card, credit card, or via BACS to the Plymouth Party Zone account.

2. Booking Amendments

Guest numbers may increase at any time, subject to availability. Once your numbers have increased, any later reduction will not result in a reduction of the fee. The original number and any confirmed additions will remain chargeable.

If numbers increase via email or written confirmation, you will be liable for all additional costs. An invoice will be issued upon booking. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the event. Plymouth Party Zone does not offer refunds for any decrease in guest numbers after the booking is confirmed.

If your booking falls below the minimum requirement of six guests, you will still be required to pay the full minimum amount or request a change of date.

3. Cancellation by Plymouth Party Zone

Plymouth Party Zone may cancel a booking if the venue or any required facilities become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. Cancellation by the Client

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made by the parent or organiser via email. We cannot accept cancellations by telephone.

5. Liability

Plymouth Party Zone accepts no responsibility for injury to persons, loss of property, or damage to personal belongings during your event. The client is liable for any damage caused to the venue, equipment, or hired items, and will indemnify Plymouth Party Zone against any associated costs.

6. General

Plymouth Party Zone will endeavour to provide all services as agreed; however, we reserve the right to offer alternative services of an equivalent or higher standard at no additional cost if required.

Any additional expenses incurred by Plymouth Party Zone as a result of requests made during the event, or due to a failure by the client to adhere to agreed timings, will be passed on to the client.

Plymouth Party Zone cannot accept liability for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control including, but not limited to, industrial action, fire, flooding, civil disturbance, Acts of God, or legal restrictions.

If part of an invoice is disputed, the undisputed balance must be paid by the due date, with the remaining amount payable once resolved.

Plymouth Party Zone reserves the right to take photographs and videos during events, which may be used on our website, social media, and marketing platforms.

All belongings are left at the venue entirely at the owner’s risk. Lost property will be held for 28 days before disposal.

We reserve the right to review and update these Terms and Conditions in line with changes to legislation or operational requirements.

7. Data Protection and GDPR

Plymouth Party Zone operates in accordance with relevant Data Protection legislation. Party organisers are responsible for advising us of any dietary requirements and allergies.

Client Use of the Premises

Clients and guests must comply with all licensing, safety, and venue regulations. Dangerous or hazardous items are strictly prohibited and must be removed if requested. No food or drink may be brought onto the premises unless agreed in advance. Anyone behaving improperly or refusing to follow staff instructions may be refused entry or removed from the premises.

STRICT ADDITIONAL RULE

For hygiene, cleaning, and safety reasons, confetti cannons, party poppers, glitter, confetti, or any similar items are strictly prohibited. Any event using such items may be charged an additional cleaning fee or refused service.

The Event

All pre-ordered items must be paid for three days before the party date. We reserve the right to amend menu items due to supply shortages and will always provide alternatives of an equal or higher standard at no extra cost.

Pre-Ordering Food

Food orders must be submitted five days prior to the event, either via email or through your account. Orders received late will only be processed once full payment has been made. We accept no responsibility for allergic reactions. It is the organiser’s responsibility to notify us of all dietary requirements and ensure guests are aware of any allergens present.
